Rowing the Pacific Movie Premiere 13 April 2013

Rowing the Pacific's  cinema premiere will take place at 8.30pm on 17 April 2013 at the Henley Regal Picturehouse.

The film's director, Liz Tucker, and the two world record holders featured in the documentary, rowers Mick Dawson and Chris Martin,  will be attending the event and will take part in a Q&A after the film.

The screening will also money for a four women crew, Four Birds a Boating, led by Sarah Weldon. She and three friends are planning to row 8,300 miles from California to Australia in 2014 and need to raise £150,000 for the journey.

The event will also raise money for Sarah's charity Oceans Project Georgia,  the Thai Children’s Trust and disability charity First Step Georgia.
