Event with Genera Film Fund - 7 August 2019

Entrepeneur, Christian Parton, was in conversation with Chair and Acting CEO of WFTV, Liz Tucker at WFTV's event on Wednesday night, which gave members an invaluable opportunity to learn more about the Genera Film Fund.

Christian explained why he came up with the fund, how it works and what he and his script readers are looking for. Not only does Genera provide funding, it can also provide equipment for film makers. The fund is open to alll and provides cash for short films.

During the session, Christiam played clips from some of the successful films  Genera has funded. Afterwards, he spent time chatting to WFTV members who were interested in applying to the fund.
